There are a couple ways to make money by doing certain circuits. What I do daily is: I go to lummy basement, buy the profitable items in the chest which are:
Cheese
Tomato
Pad of butter
Spice
Pie dish
Cooking apple
Grapes
Bucket of milk
Egg
Flour
Pizza base
Chocolate bar

Then go to catherby and talk to the guy just at the start of the boat docks, he will tell you that you can purchase 80 Seaweed and 40 Pineapples, buy them both.

Then head to barbarian assault and go to where you did horror from the deep, go upstairs and get all the vial packs and open them.

Finally go to Varrock staff shop and buy all the battlestaffs.

And go to travely and buy unf bolts and braod arrow heads from the slayer master 3k 3k and then go to another one 3k 3k costs 600k in total but another 100-200k profit =P

^^^^^^^^ There is more like going to the shops in taverly to buy all vials but takes to long

If you're in Legend's guild I recommend you buy mithril seeds for like a 50k profit.
If you've done "As a First Resort" I recommend you buy raw bird meat packs.
I don't remember, but I think Shilo Village has a store that sells packs of water filled vials.
If you've done Fremmenik Isles you can buy yak-hides from Vanligga Gastfrihet on Jatizo which will make 100-200k profit.
There are some more, but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
