| How many vouches do you have? not 40... but i have at least 25 on black market site that you know about. | In your case I will accept this once you have reached at least 10 RuneWish vouches, and you will need a recommendation from at least 4 users, can be any users that are not regular members. |

| If this would be the correct place to recommend and if it counts, I'd like to say:
Flo deserves to be a merchant, why? By just looking at him you can tell he's trustworthy, he has a nice cash stack and would have no reason to betray the forum, and I've seen him around a lot on different blackmarket sites and if you take a deeper look, he has a lot of experience in marketing and would be excellent for the position. |
